Since 1994, Dr. Gibson, and selected colleagues as needed, have provided strategies and principles for successfully responding to an aging society, aging multi-generational workforce, and aging multi-generational families.

The dramatic increase in life expectancy coupled with the vast numbers of boomers turning 60 will profoundly impact: tomorrows workforce, demand for products and services, and the need to capture, transfer, and retain vast amounts of organizational knowledge, and expertise otherwise lost through retirements.
